Do you work with the sector regulator?

Yes, we work closely with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and within their guidelines to provide the correct level of support to our customers.  Our FCA number is: FCA-309251

What happens after I’ve chosen a new Insurance policy with you?

We upload your policy choice into the supplier’s system and from there 3XD will take on all the actions required in the background to set up your policy with your chosen Insurer. We will send you confirmation of your new policy by email.  3XD will then send your policy confirmation and policy documents in the post within 3 working days.  If you still have an existing policy in place, please be sure to contact your current insurer to cancel that policy from the date your new policy goes live.

Who will keep me updated on the progress of the switch?

3XD will notify you of policy confirmation or if they require any further information to advance the policy, but you are welcome to call our customer helpline if you have any further questions.
